Before heading back towards High Point grab lunch at any of the three restaurants on the zoo's property including the Wilderness Café, Junction Springs Café or the Crocodile Café.  All offer a variety of foods to get you energized for an afternoon of adventure and exploring.

Kersey Valley Attractions, located on the outskirts of High Point offers hours of adventure!  You can zip line across acres of land or try the high ropes!  If you visit during the fall season, a corn maize and pumpkins will be among the many attractions for visitors of all ages.

For the butterfly lover, visit the All-A-Flutter Butterfly Farm, educating you on the life-cycle of the Monarch Butterfly.  The fun starts with a presentation which is a fast-paced skit where members of the audience will dress up and enjoy learning about butterflies. You'll learn the body parts of a butterfly, all about the lifecycle, the Monarch migration, differences between moths and butterflies, and what the caterpillars eat.  Plus, everyone is given a sugar pad to hand feed the butterflies and get an up close look!

Enjoy delicious Italian meal at Giannos Italian Restaurant.  Favorites on the menu include the bread bowl salads and the pizza buffet.

After dinner, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Greenway Trail at Piedmont Environmental Center.  PEC offers 376 acres of protected land with miles of hiking trails.  A great way to wind down from an adventurous day!
